The Department of Commerce, in collaboration with the Directorate of Student Welfare and NCC, is organizing outreach activities on December 19th, 2024, to launch the "A book donation drive the drive is a community-centered initiative that encourages students, faculty, and staff to contribute gently used books, textbooks, and educational materials to support those in need. The drive typically aims to collect a wide range of books, from academic texts to novels and reference materials, which are then distributed to local schools, libraries, nonprofit organizations, and individuals facing financial barriers to accessing quality educational resources. The book donation drive serves as an important step toward creating positive social impact and supporting educational equity.
