One day workshop on Navigating Campus to Corporate Journey through Employability Skill Assessment

Department of Commerce, School of Business & Commerce, Faculty of Management & Commerce in collaboration with Banasthali Vidyapith organised one day workshop on "Navigating Campus to Corporate Journey through Employability Skill Assessment" in offline mode on 01st October 2024 for the students of B. Com Hons. III Year. The primary objective of this workshop was to equip students with the necessary skills and competencies to smoothly transition from academic environments (campus) to professional settings (corporate) by assessing and developing employability skills. Resource person of the workshop was Dr. Jitendra Singh Rathore, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce and Management - WISDOM, Banasthali Vidyapith, India. Dr. Rathore is a certified career coach who is well engaged in upskilling and preparing students for the corporate world. Through this workshop, students gained insight into the expectations of the corporate world, understood their own skill gaps, and worked on enhancing key skills needed to thrive in competitive job markets.
