Project financing is a method of funding large-scale projects where the repayment is primarily based on the future cash flows and assets of the project, rather than the general creditworthiness of the sponsor. Financial appraisal techniques used in project financing include Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Sensitivity Analysis, which help evaluate the profitability, feasibility, and risks of a project before securing funding. The curriculum-based industry expert lecture was organized on Project Financing and Financial Appraisal Techniques for BBA Students.
