The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, in collaboration with E-Cell and Village Square, organized a workshop on "Digital Storytelling" on Tuesday, 24th September 2024. This workshop aimed to enhance the digital storytelling skills of students, providing them with valuable insights into the field.
The workshop commenced with an introduction by faculty members, welcoming Ms. Pallavi Shrivastav as the resource person. Ms. Shrivastav shared her expertise on digital storytelling, covering essential skills such as structuring stories for digital platforms, using multimedia elements effectively, and engaging audiences. She emphasized the importance of understanding audience needs, visual storytelling, and the ethical considerations in digital media.
This workshop, conducted as part of the department's MoU activities, allowed students to deepen their digital storytelling skills and explore the creative and technical aspects involved in digital media. Ms. Shrivastav's session was interactive, allowing students to engage in discussions and practical exercises that enhanced their learning experience.
