About The University:

About the Competition: With Negotiation gaining traction in the recent times as a preferred means of dispute resolution, Faculty of Law, Manipal University Jaipur is organizing the 2nd Edition of the International Negotiation Competition, which aims to provide a platform that reflects the ever-growing expectation of clients to utilize other cost-effective alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to trial. It is an ideal platform to test theory in practice by allowing the participants to represent all parties in the negotiation process. This competition will also provide an opportunity to the participants to develop the requisite lawyering and communication skills through various training sessions conducted by industry professionals.

Eligibility: Students pursuing law undergraduate/postgraduate courses are eligible to participate.

Details of the Competition:

Preliminary and Octa Rounds: 21st and 22nd September 2024 (Virtual)

Semi-Final and Final Rounds: 06th October 2024 (At Campus Manipal University Jaipur)
