Job Overview

The Process Associate - Quality & Compliance will play a vital support role in managing documentation, coordinating institutional processes, and maintaining accurate data for accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional rankings. The role involves close coordination with internal departments to ensure timely communication, tracking of submissions, and logistical support for quality-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing operational tasks within the Quality & Compliance Directorate.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Data Management


  • Maintain and regularly update records, databases, and dashboards related to institutional quality, compliance, and accreditation.
  • Prepare and organize supporting documents, reports, and evidence for accreditation (e.g., NAAC, NBA, UGC, AICTE, and other regulatory bodies) and institutional rankings (e.g., NIRF, THE, QS).
  • Assist in maintaining IQAC documentation including minutes, reports, and process logs.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and data presentation.

Operational & Administrative Support


  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating internal communications across departments.
  • Track the status of data and document submissions from departments and send timely reminders to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support during internal quality audits, reviews, and quality assurance events.

Coordination & Communication

  • Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, communication, and material preparation for workshops, seminars, and quality-related training.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for timely submission of required inputs and data.
  • Assist with internal communication tasks such as drafting notices, emails, etc.


    Qualifications & Experience


    • Graduate or Postgraduate degree (in related disciplines).
    • 1-2 years of experience in academic administration, data processing, or quality support functions (motivated freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) is mandatory.
    • Familiarity with academic documentation and institutional workflows is desirable.

    • Ability to handle data entry, document formatting, and compliance tracking accurately.
