Advertisement for Project Associate - I Position in SERB Project (in Dept of Chemistry)

Online Applications are invited for the position of Project Associate I to work under the project titled "Covalent Organic Framework (COF) based Novel Molecular Gears on Solid Surfaces: A Quantum Mechanical Investigation". The position details are given below:

Position	One
Essential Qualification(s)	M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Material Science or related fields with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidate should be CSIR/UGC/NET/GATE qualified, and Mathematics at least up to 10+2 level.
Desirable	Prior experience of working in the areas of Computational Materials Science, Theoretical and Computational Chemistry, Electron Transport theory.
Fellowship	As per SERB norms, with emoluments being Rs 31,000 + HRA p.m. for one year. Non-NET/GATE candidates are eligible for Rs 25,000 + HRA (The relevant DST-SERB notification may be perused for further details and norms).
Duration	One Year starting from October 1st, 2024, to September 30th, 2025.
