Junior Research Fellow Position
Applications are invited from the Indian Nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in SERB funded research project [SPG/2021/003458] with the following details:
Title of the Project | Sequential adsorption of mixture of dyes in a multibed adsorption system using a low-cost adsorbent |

Eligibility | (i) Master's degree in Chemical / Environment Engineering and other relevant field / M.Sc. in Chemistry (with first division as defined by the awarding Institute/ University) from recognized Universities/Institutes. (ii) In addition to above, candidate should have qualified GATE, or any other national level examination as stated in OM no. SB/S9/Z-06/2019 dated April 23, 2019, issued from Science and Engineering Research Board, New Delhi |
Duration | The project duration is of three years. However, the post is purely temporary on contract basis with an initial appointment for a period of one year, which may be extended up to the duration of project solely based on the performance. |
Emoluments | Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA admissible as per DST-SERB rules. |

Candidates may note:
- Selection committee of Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for shortlisting of eligible candidates.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for online /offline interview.

- The above fellowship is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation or termination of the research project. An undertaking to the effect must be given by the student at the time of joining, if selected.
- The selected candidate may be assigned to perform any other duties time to time commensurate with his/her qualifications.
- The selected candidate should opt for Ph.D. at MUJ (announced twice a year) as per provision in the above research area after fulfilling the required criteria for PhD admission.
- No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview or at the time of joining the post.
