This roadmap addresses current and future needs, ensuring that IT services directly contribute to academic excellence, operational efficiency, and student success.

Head IT leads efforts to modernize the university’s IT infrastructure, adopting cloud-based solutions, advanced networking, and digital tools that enable faculty and students to connect and collaborate seamlessly. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimising key functional areas, particularly ERP, LMS, network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, backup strategies, telecommunications systems and IT Security.
MUJ IT Infrastructure is built with 2 tier-3 In-house Data Centre that equipped with robust multiple service providers Internet link, World class core CISCO Network backbone product (Firewall, routers , Switch ), High End threat management and end point security devices. MUJ IT landscape also includes services from Microsoft for communication and Business ERP, Student life cycle via Web portal, Industry’s leading Learning Management System, Research management system etc. MUJ IT has also IT enabled E-Library, High processing and Multi-tasking LABs, including PARAM Chawak. The IT services are based on In-house as well as outsourced support, through MaGE, DVoiS and Dimension Data, Velocis.
